Before You Enter
Unfortunately, we do not have a waiting area inside STELLA at this time.
Only one guest per appointment.
Answer Screening Questions
We will be asking COVID-19 related questions for the protection of our staff and other guests.
Please leave all unnecessary personal belongings or extra bags in your car.
Wear a Mask
Masks must be worn at all times. If you do not have one or do not want to get color on yours, we will supply you with a disposable mask immediately upon entry.
Sanitize Your Hands
Please use our sanitizing station at the front entrance to sanitize your hands.
During Your Shampoo
Please sit back, relax, and enjoy your shampoo service. We recommend adding an express hair treatment. Ask your stylist!
We are being extremely diligent in following all state and Federal guidelines with NO EXCEPTIONS.
At the Chair
What We'll Do
Your STELLA Stylist will be in PPE, including face masks and smocks. Hand sanitizer will be used frequently and we'll be washing our hands between each guest and during process times.
Clean Capes, Always.
As always, we will be using clean capes and towels with every guest.
The chairs, tools, and counters will be properly disinfected before and after each guest.
No Food or Beverages
Following state guidelines, there will be no food or beverages allowed by guests at any time. We will not be providing any complimentary beverages.
We are encouraging all payments to be made with a credit card to allow for a contactless transaction. We will not be offering paper receipts.
We are offering a no-touch shopping experience. If you would like hair products or boutique items, your stylist will have them ready for you at checkout.
Please bring along a credit card to use our app, TIPPY, to add a gratuity for your stylist.
